Review content:
This is a ragtag outfit that talks a mean game but essentially just takes your gear, doesn't fix it, and then keeps the deposit money. I took a 6.1 receiver in here to get fixed. I even included instructions I'd printed off the internet on how to fix the exact problem I was having with the same exact model number I have. At first they said it would be no problem. Done in a couple days. Took $40 as a deposit. A week passed and I didn't hear anything from them. I called them and they said that it was complicated and were still working on it. No call and two weeks later I call again. Now they're saying they can't fix it unless they have a schematic and they asked ME for the schematic. I tried to find it online and couldn't. I called them and said that I couldn't get it and that I was just going to come and pick it up. That began a three-week process of them telling me that it wasn't put back together yet blah blah blah. I finally went today without calling and picked it up. Not only were they unable to fix it, but the case on the receiver had been scratched over a dozen times. A black receiver now with white scratch marks all over it. I tried to get my deposit back and they refused saying that I was paying for their work. They didn't do anything! They took it apart, blew it out, put it back together, scratched the tar out of it, and were trying to charge me $40 for it. The owner argued and even tried to tell me that I only put down $20 but I had my ticket that said $40. We argued for five minutes and he gave me $15 back. I was so tired of dealing with it that I just took the money and left. DO NOT TAKE YOUR ELECTRONICS HERE.
