Review content:
We spent 3 nights in the Fairlawn Inn during the 2004/2005 holidays. Because of the traffic jams in NYC, we arrived 1 hour later than expected and got lectured by the owner of the joint as soon as we put a foot inside (he must have forgot that his job was). The first night was horrible, we rented the Rose bedroom and we could hear people in the adjacent rooms sneezing, coughing and more! The walls might have been made of paper... The breakfast was also below average, they were unable to provide us with hot chocolate or decent coffee (they only serve a tasteful mix of coffee and cinnamon). Only the price was decent.
