Review content:
Every single person I know (former residents and people working with real estate, utilities or any other type of repair work) has nothing good to say about this poor excuse for a company. The first paragraph in their student housing packet says: ""We are excited to have you and we're here to serve."" They were helpful every once in a while, but most of the time were just a pain in the butt, and showed no desire to actually serve anybody. I've heard multiple stories (current roommates, former residents and my own) of them ringing up bogus charges, not returning calls when renters needed to talk to them, and leaving the place a nasty mess for each new group of residents to clean. When I got here, despite our expensive cleaning deposit, the kitchen was extremely dirty, the bathrooms were dirty and actually had holes in the ceilings above the shower heads. No, this is not a company that serves - at least not most of the workers I have interacted with. Do all you can to rent from a different company within the apartment complex you want to stay at.
