The prices are not any better than some places in River Ranch, and they are terrible!!!! The AC consistently froze and never worked properly even though we always kept the thermostat around 74 (72 sometimes at night), the dishwasher did not work, the fridge thermostat was broken and would always either freeze things up or make things spoil (there was no in between it seemed!), and there was a water leak that was ruining the floor in the living room. And ironically, from the neighbors I talked too, everyone had similar problems that would never get resolved. We had to pay 750/mo for a 2br/1ba... if I would have known how crappy it was there, I would have paid the $1-150/mo extra for a nice place in river ranch that actually had a nice gym and other nice benefits. Find anywhere but here to go!
