It is so refreshing to have a reasonably priced meal that is delicious. My experience was ideal from the service to the food. Our waiter was attentive but not too attentive and eager to recommend items on the menu. (you can tell when a waitperson really likes the food) I had the soup of the day which was a delightful potato leek. I ate the autumn salad and my friend had the crepes. My salad was piled high with roasted fall vegetables and topped with shaved parmesan. My friend commented that her crepes were some of the best she's ever eaten. For dessert we shared the almond bread pudding. Yummmmmm! I can still remember the taste and how the creme anglaise was the perfect consistancy with bits of vanilla bean. This is my favorite place to eat lunch. By the way, I don't live in east Nashville. I can't wait to try breakfast. I took home the granola and I'm addicted to it!
