Review content:
NOTE: This is for the Roseville location - it's not yet in CITYSEARCH\r \r From the mustard yellow walls, to the dirty filthy tables, to the lowest quality food, this place is truly a disappointment. What could you expect for $5.00? Well, spend that 5 bucks at Little Caesar's or Subway. It'll be money better spent. \r \r The are pictures on the wall of happy people eating - they must have been eating someplace besides CiCi's. The 16 pizzas they advertise are really only about 7 - 9, and there are no signs identifying what they are - you are left to guess. When we walked in - the girl at the counter asked if it was our first visit - when we said yes she rang a bell and unenthusiastically said ""I'm supposed to make a big deal about it when someone new arrives"". Funeral directors have had more upbeat attitudes. \r \r The place was absolutely filthy - filled with screaming kids who are no doubt crying because they have seen the food they are about to eat. The manager was out clearing tables - he looked like the dad from American Pie - but he wouldn't go near tables with people at them. Probably because he feared having to actually interact with them. We watched as he and 2 other dining room workers continually walked past dirty tables while carrying clean towels - and nobody bothered to wipe down any tables! Therefore - finding someplace to sit that wasn't littered with food becomes part of the experience of eating at CiCi's. \r I especially enjoyed looking at the wall - which had crusted food on it. Nice. \r \r Now - the food. The pizza was as bad as any I've ever eaten. Many flavors were mysteriously missing any type of pizza sauce. The 'pasta' is just wet noodles and ketchup - literally. Pizza from Kroger's and instant microwave mac & cheese is better quality than this garbage. My wife and I both felt nauseous when we left. The best thing here was the pop. The only thing worse than eating the food was the ""CC's"" burp an hour later. Uggh! Cons: The entire expericence. My favorite part was when we finally left
