I told the man I needed to mail some documents to Canada via ""FedEx, DHL, or whatever is cheapest."" He proceeded to put my documents into an Express OVERNIGHT envelope and sealed the envelope, and took it away into the mailing pile, without me realizing what was happening until he told me how much I owed and said that it would arrive in Canada the next day!
Yes, I probably should have argued and insisted that he redo it. But regardless, I don't think any PakMail worker should put something in an overnight envelope without the customer specifically saying that they need something overnighted.
Maybe it's a good place for photocopies and boxes, but I was very disappointed with my shipping experience.
