Ive used two different geek squad locations in search of a decent group of guys that can repair my machine on time, punctually and decently. I dont think they exist. The 'geeks' at this location were a bit more knowledgable but they still managed to screw up my computer. I needed them to install an anti virus program and remove the crap that came on the machine. They didnt properly do this and I ended up consulting an outside company that I found on the internet. \r

Secure Remote Support was the company I found on google that was able to properly diagnose the issue with the anti virus stuff. Apparently the geek squad guys werent disabling my current antivirus and removing it first before installing the new software. \r

The tech at secureremotesupport (dot) com got this on the first try and had the machine up and running within an hour. They were affordable, reasonable, and very friendly. \r

Couldnt have asked for a better experience from these guys.
