Review content:
I own a 98 Honda Civic took it to TLC auto wash where I have taken my vehicles several times before. The service person told me my Honda was not ready rejected because the computer in my Honda had not completed the drive cycle, and I would have to drive it at least 40 to 80 mile to complete the drive cycle, so that is what I did and returned to the TLC and the vehicle still showed not ready. The service person was helpful and said I could possibly get a waiver to pass the not ready cycle. So that is what I did followed the NC guidelines and received my waiver I then returned to TLC to get the inspection completed. I figured I was good with my waiver, not so! The service person failed my vehicle for window tint violation, then stated that if I removed the tint my vehicle would pass. So that is what I did once again in compliance with NC law. When I got ready to receive my passed paperwork they charged me a 10 dollar window tint fee for tint that I removed so why would they charge me for window tint that was no longer there??? Needless to say I can see clearly now and will not be bringing my or my family vehicles to TLC. And will also recommend to my friends not to take their vehicles there as well.
