Review content:
I feel better and have more energy since I joined Curves. I know I am stronger and I really enjoy the group of women. The staff has created a desire to discipline myself to get the 3 times a week work out in and they are very friendly and welcoming to all! I look foward every morning to my workout and I am anxious to reach my goal of losing weight and inches! My husband always asks what is the difference between the Curves and the expensive treadmill we have upstairs. My answer is #1 Curves is fun. Not boring, but friendly and energetic. The music is great, they offer incentives for reaching goals, hitting milestone workouts. #2 It works out more muscle groups. #3 It is an escape with no interrruptions from phone, baby and husband.
Pros: 30 min three times a week fits my schedule
Cons: little hard to find, but worth the effort
