Review content:
I have found that this builder has not lived up to their responsibilities when it comes to their warranty work. When I submitted a list of things that needed to be fixed or repaired I have gotten no satisfaction. The only response I get from them is that I have to contact their subcontractors myself to have any repairs done, only to get no response from the subcontractors.\r
One of the many things I reported to them was a hole in my roof and they informed me to contact their roofer who in turn never came out to fix any of the holes, which in turn has now created mold in my home.\r
This is just one example of what has not been fixed or repaired after submitting my list of things that needed to be corrected before my one year was up.
