Service First is unreliable and dishonest.
My dishwasher, which is supposed to be ultra-quiet, all of a sudden started making really loud motor noises. I called my home warranty company, and they sent Dan from Service First.
Dan came by my house and checked on the dishwasher and verified that indeed it was making loud noises it shouldn't be. He told me he would report his findings to my home warranty provider and that he would recommend that the main motor be replaced.
After a week goes by, I heard nothing from him, so I contacted my warranty provider, and they said the Dan reported NOTHING wrong with my dishwasher.
So I conference called Dan with my warranty provider on the phone and after I asked him if he told them nothing was wrong, he hung up. I called him back a couple of times, and left him two voice mails asking him to please call me back. He never returned my call.
I would avoid dealing with this company. They lie right to your face.
