We are not one to give reviews, but due to our neighborhood friends we do not want anyone else getting ripped off. We made the mistake of thinking this was the mercedes benz upland repair not knowing that that was the actual name of a business which local friends had recommended, so we took it to this location in Upland also on foothill. They never called us back, we ended calling back & they would tell us they were working on it. charging us for 8 hours of work many times. Finally I said enough and pulled the car out! Actually had to get it towed!! They didn't even have the paperwork. If this place was good, it has gone downhill! To expensive to just sit there and rack up hours they claim to work on it. Paid over $1000,00 Do your research first.
