Community Dental - Portland offers a lots of great services. The enviroment is clean, and they use state of the art technologies. The doctors are real frienly people, but they do need a better customer service repsentatives. Especially on the phone, the reps don't even care about what you are saying. They don't give you enough attention and they disconnect the phone before you conclude your point. Here is something i have exprienced for myself.\r
I made an ""Emergency"" visit to CD-Portland on December 5, 2006 -which i made the appoitment 2 weeks earlier. After an hour later i finnally mate the doc. The doctors eximined my teeth and they also took an X-ray. The doctor sent me to ""Oral Surgery Associate, P.A."" Which is in South Portland. Right after my visit, i called the OSA P.A and they said they haven't receiced anything from CD. And i called them the next day and they haven't yet reviece anything. I was keep on calling them until today, December 12, 2006. They still havent recived anything. I called Community Dental around 9 AM and some lady answered the phone. She told me, she will fax the papers ""IF SHE CAN FIND IT"" and i called ASA P.A and hour latter and they said they haven't recieved any papers. And i called Community Dental back and the same lady answered my phone and she said, ""She don't have time now she will look for my files when she has a time"" and wth out me saying anything she disconnected the phone. It been 6 days since my visiit as an ""Emergency"" and six -days letter they haven't still faxed my papers yet. And two times in the row, they disconnected the phone one me. It was real unpleasent exprineces i had with Community Dental. They deffinetly need a better customer service - i hope they are not on 1-800- DENTIST list because if my own exprience... This people need more training and need someone who teach them a respect and how to treat a patient /customer/ clieant. They only in the biz for the $. No care for the patients
