Review content:
They really should remove the word fantastic from their name. Was one of the worst experiences ever! I came it to have my hair color turned to a light brown from medium. No problem I can do it they said. She didnt mention that only the top of my hair would be light the rest would remain dark brown! Then she tried to hide her mistake by turning of the light saying it was hot in there. When I tried to explain that the color on top was lighter she said just a little its always like that because your roots. So I get home and the first thing my husband says is why is the top of your head so light? I go back the next day begging for it to be fixed. She said all she can do at this point was to add highlights. I told her I dont want bright blonde hightlights against my half light brown half dark brown hair. Maybe we can do caramel? Dont worry she says. I make it natural. No she didnt. I cried for an hour when I got home. (blonde highlights against brown of course) And to top it off while the foil was in her hair the other lady in the salon demanded I pay $65 more. So 185 dollars later I have to go somewhere else to fix this. I beg you don't go here!\r
