I own several home rentals and Apt. buildings in Long Beach and Cypress which I manage myself. I saw Dave, the owner, working on a garage door on my street about 15 years ago, and I went over to talk to him. He has been servicing all of my garage doors since then. He is a professional and really knows his business. He has repaired or put in new openers or new doors in about 20 units so far and his work is superior. And, from speaking with others, his prices are very reasonable - and below many other companies. It is nice to find an honest experienced person who knows what he is doing.
