WOW!! two years my lab has been going to this wonderful dog haven only to be told that because I was 20 min late, got the cold shoulder from the owner and charged an extra $60 late pick up fee!! This place charges $30 a day!! $60 for 20 min!! I think she lives there!! On top of that, I was told over the telephone that and I quote, ""Other businesses that close at a specific time would not stay open past their hours!"" Ummmm, I call BS on that comment.... I have been to many places including my local dry cleaners that have stay opened...did I mention that we called at 5:30pm and 5:50 to let this woman know we'd be a little late..she said pick him up tomorrow....oh wait, she lives there too!! Not like she was doing anything anyway and was soo cold when I actually picked him up...I thought I was more than ""a client"", guess I wasnt.....I recommend that you do not go here for one reason, you ARE NOT THE CUSTOMER!! She makes you feel like she is YOUR client...you are hers....bring your pets somewhere else because they close at 6...and your dog, according to her, should be as important as a pack of gum at a convenient store that closes at 6 sharp!!
Pros: Dogs play all day outdoors
Cons: Owner will not stay open 15 minutes past close and charge you for 2 days!!
