Review content:
These guys were great. They showed up on time and I felt like they were talking to me, not AT me. They explained exactly what they were going to do, especially with the pet spots. They also told me how important it is to get your carpet cleaned on a regular basis. I never knew the junk that stayed in your carpet! And to be honest, I've had less problems with my asthma since I've had it done. Ever have one of those cleaners come in and the price just keeps going up? These guys charged me exactly what they said they would. There were no hidden costs. That was a shock too! I'll done shopping around... I'll stick with these guys!
Pros: Service, Quality, Knowledgeable
Cons: Saturday appointments fill up fast!
