I had chin lipo in January for a double chin. After spending nearly $3,000 and enduring the pain and discomfort, there has been ABSOLUTELY NO IMPROVEMENT AT ALL. The only changes are that my neck has a slight cottage cheese appearance and now gets acne very frequently. People who know I was going to have it done keep asking me when I'm going to go ahead and do it.\r \r I eventually called his office and asked for a follow up appointment. They took some pictures and compared them to the Before pictures. ZERO IMPROVEMENT. Dr. Troung had told me that there was a possibility that he wouldn't be able to get all the fat out, but he never told me that there was a possibility that it could be a total waste.\r \r When I asked him what he recommended, he suggested over $12,000 MORE plastic surgery. I don't think so. At least, not with Dr. Troung! Pros: His staff is nice. Cons: You might spend thousands of dollars and get ZERO results!
