So I'm at work minding my own business when a neighbor calls me to tell me that there is water pouring out of my apartment into the hall. It gets worse....the super is on vacation! This was a serious emergency and I was freaking out because my dog was alone in what was quickly becoming Noah's Ark. I called one company and they said 2-3 hours....what? Did they hear what I just said? My neighbor said the super gave her the number of a guy when he couldn't fix her toilet so I called him. Lul the plumber heard how distressed I was so he rushed from a job in Manhattan to my apartment in Williamsburg is less that a half hour and I met him there. A pipe in my apartment had totally rotted away inside the wall and my poor puppy was soaking wet and scared so Lul put him in his van with a towel to dry off. In under 2 hours the plumber had everything fixed (minus the dry wall I now needed) and he even helped me clean up most of the water which was everywhere. I would recommend this guy to anyone. Not only did he save me in an emergency...he has a heart of gold too.
