We will never enter this facility ever again.\r
They severely overcharged our account then procastinated for two weeks before refunding what was overcharged. The manager promised to contact our finanacial institution so that overdraft fees could be dropped. The promise was never carried out. This occured the first week of August. It is now the 1st week of October an management for Fort Rapids has still failed to return any of our messages or emails. I find it somewhat amusing that they think that this issue will be brushed under the rug if they continue to ignore it. \r
I should have listen to my acquaintances when they warned me about the management for Fort Rapids. We also saw roaches in two of our three rooms.\r
We will never stay in this hotel again.
