The Front desk, water park, and room service were above average. There were kids screaming in the halls of the 11th floor until 1:00a.m. The room was clean on the surface, just don't look under the bed - disgusting. The toilet was broken and the in-room phone did not work. No HBO as advertized. The Restaurant struggled to keep up with the number of patrons for the breakfast buffet. They only had one server, a cook, and a manager that was in and out. Many of us left after an hour without the items we were told would be replenished which never arrived. I felt bad for the server who did her best despite the poor planning on managements part.
