Review content:
Late, late, late, late, late, not to mention anything but thorough. The guys were nice; that's about all I have to say that's good about this company. I called for an estimate and they were supposed to be there by 6. When they hadn't showed up by 8 I called, and said someone would be out within the hour - at 9:30 PM they finally arrived, spent 5 minutes, and left us with an estimate. The next day, the guy showed up to do the work and found out we didn't have electricity in the cellar (something the guy who did the estimate should have noted) and had to call an electrician to give them power. The electrician knocked out power to half of our house, and I didn't notice until he was gone, and he didn't come back out until the next morning. It took 2 calls to Property Doctors to even reach the electrician. Eventually, our plumbers took over dealing with Property Doctors. The plumbers wanted to begin work at 9 am, so property docs said they'd be there by 7 to get the water out. They didn't arrive until 9:30, so the plumbers couldn't start until after noon. They were late a few other times as well. Oh, and our cellar still stinks. They completed the work a month ago, and we still haven't been billed. I called a week after they finished to ask for the bill, and they told me they'd have it by Monday. It's now 3 weeks after that, and still no bill, still told it's ""under review."" They told me yesterday they'd have it to me this morning - still haven't seen it.
