Review content:
Xactimate is the most used and trusted replacement cost estimating software for the insurance repair industry. In an insurance loss such as the loss below, the insurance adjuster was in agreement with the services that were provided. Original estimate, authorization, pictures, scope of work, drawings, moisture readings and any third party bills are submitted to the insurance adjuster, who then reviews the loss and based on the documentation, determines if the loss should be paid in full or adjusted. The loss in question below, was paid in full with no deductions from the insurance adjuster. The home in question did not have enough power to support the drying equipment and a power box was added. A refund above what was originally estimated for the electrical box was discounted on the final invoice to client in the amount of $80. 12/8/12 we started work, the client decided to use their own contractor to replace the insulation and after several attempts to collect the bill, we finally received payment on 2/7/12.
