Terrible experience with the used car lot.
Vehicle was misrepresented on the web site and they were unwilling to negotiate price at all despite this.
Didn't return calls as requested and promised, at least 5 times I had to call them when they said they were calling me...
Salesmen lied to me and tried to transfer me around office to other salesman when I asked for a manager. Pathetic.
I bought from these guys; trust me, stay far away from these creeps.
I cannot speak for the New Kia salespersons, but the people who worked inside that portion of the business were rude, I can say that much. I had to go there to get financed and didn't have a great experience with that either. I was basically treated like a second class citizen because I didn't have a high credit score at the time.
No customer service on the most expensive thing I will ever buy aside from my home? Unacceptable.
The positive reviews are written by employees of the dealership, so obviously...
