7 years into my training and I now look for ways to share what I've learned. It seemed easy to find a yoga class but I needed more, a step-by-step training program to release stress and learn more about how to manage my emotions. This program provides just that. Yoga classes for deep stretching and pain releif, meditation skills for letting go of thoughts and emotions and a social network of other practitioners there to help me, It's great!\r \r They have a plethora of cool books, incense, CDs and other products for relaxation. The studio is clean and warm and inviting. No need for your own yoga mat as the entire floor is one huge mat. Tea is served after class and you can also find out about private one-on-one sessions to help release body pain. \r \r I highly recommend checking out Dahn Yoga, especially if you have tried other yoga styles and not yet settled into one you like.
