Paul could not have been more cordial over the phone when I called to set up a day and time for a follow-up appointment for my PC. When I called him two hours after he was scheduled to show he said he was busy and offered another appointment time for later in the week, for which he then did not show or call. When I called him a couple weeks later he offered me another appointment time, which he canceled with five minutes notice. He then offered another appointment and said he would be sure to be there. For this one he did not show or call either. I was treated horrendously.
