I've used Paul and PC Nerds for numerous years now and he's always come through for me. Even recommended him to our office and he's just marvelous. This time around my hard drive crashed (nothing I did I was told) and everything was gone. No kids' pictures, no music, no documents. Nothing. He was able to get all my data back and I'm EXTREMELY grateful. Thanks once again Paul and may I not need you too soon. If i do, though, I know you'll help. :)
