Managed by Parker Real estate Management - BEWARE!!!! These people WILL rip you off when you move out. But lets start at the beginning, First they will take their time to respond to any and all maintenance issues you have, and then proceed to tell you that YOU broke it....They never call back and don't respond to emails either. And like I said on move out they will rip you off. They claim bogus HEAVY TRAFFIC and stains on carpets for 2 people and with evidence that stains were there on move IN. They will also then dirty up the place when they do the carpets to charge you extra fees for cleaning, at a generous $75 per hour. The reason I know this? My friend moved into my old townhouse, and he said that there were stains on the wall, which was NOT there when we moved out, because it is NOT in the move out inspection report - and then charge me for it. \r

So BEWARE Parker Real Estate Management is a bunch of crooks. Plain and Simple.
Pros: Big Townhouse, Two assigned parking spots
Cons: Run by Parker Real Estate Management - RIP OFF ARTISTS - Does not return calls
