This is the third apartment I have lived in, and I have to say that it is the worst! The walls and floors are paper thin and the management doesn't care. If you like to listen to music or have a few friends over for a good time, you can forget it unless you want the cops called on you. And they are really quick to write disorderly conduct tickets without witnessing anything themselves. Management does nothing to mediate disputes between neighbors -- they have your money, and thats all they care about. *****Young adults and college students***** -- DO NOT LIVE HERE!!! I thought it looked nice in the beginning too, but its not worth it. You can't have fun in your own apartment. Pros: Nice Clubhouse Cons: Paper thin walls/floors, poor management, bad neighbors
