Paid 50% down and they made appt. to measure couptertops, they never showed up or called. Made second appt. and were 7 hours late. Got notice from bankrupt court on principal owner of granite business and they said it didn't effect the business. They finally got countertops in and wanted the other 50% and I said not until the job is complete. Had verbal intimidation from lady and Craig about putting a lein on our house. They came back two more times to get things right, so I paid them and I'm glad they are out of our lives. Earlier, we had recommended them to a friend in town, because the price was lower than others and our friends had similiar troubles with them. We almost lost some friends over questionable business and personal ethics from this granite business. Would not use them or recommend them again.
