Review content:
This dry cleaner ruined an expensive jacket by washing it instead of dry cleaning it which caused the colors to bleed into each other. They did not offer so much as an apology but stated that I should contact the manufacturer to see if the manufacturer would replace the jacket. Capital Laundry felt that it was the manufacturer's fault that the colors bled and didn't feel that the fact that they washed it instead of dry cleaning it had anything to do with the damage. Obviously not doing business here again!
