Review content:
I had these jokers mail some scissors to myself in Paris for a class. We filled out the form with the help of the manager. They charged us $104 to get them there by Friday. They arrived the following week. No refund, No adjustment. When the UPS driver finally showed up he demanded $500 for ""tax"".
UPS acted as the import broker and filed the wrong papers so they made this a sale rather than a shipment. So, mailing our scissors to ourselves, which arrived late cost us $604. Then they dragged out the situation for 2 1/2 months saying they're working on a ""resolution"". They never ever did even refund us a penny. I even got the French embassy to write a letter explaining the situation to them. All they had to do was write a revised invoice, but they refused.
I spoke with 17 UPS employees but they did nothing except this manager, who's entire customer service action was to hang up on us!
I'd rather get a tooth pulled out than to use UPS again, ESPECIALLY this particular store.
Pros: They probably won't last long.
Cons: They've lasted as long as they have.
