Review content:
You read about in, but don't think it will happen to you. I had a tooth that broke and needed it fixed. The used car salesman approach was used to try to get me to do a lot more work. I only wanted to get the one tooth fixed and it came to $1188 that they wanted up front, even though I had insurance. When I went they put a crown on the wrong tooth, the one next to the tooth that needed done, then refused to apologize or make retributions for their error, saying the other one needed done more. Basically a cover up. Fortunately it was not a kidney. It was emphasized that I was going overseas, hence the rush to get the broken tooth done. I am now getting on a plane with a broken tooth that I will need to get fixed overseas. The staff are also rude and incompetent. I believe the communication between them and the dentist does not exist. This office is like a morgue. If you are in a rush you are advised to wait rather than go to this office. We are new to the area, and now we will ask around and get references for my family for a dentist, maybe its a blessing before they destroy a whole families teeth.
Cons: Everything was bad
