I was Highly disappointed in our experience! We paid for the $155.00 package with the promise of a DVD and pictures to share with friends and family - No such luck. Our baby was hard to view so we rescheduled once and were told to reschedule again. Not many people understand how much stress is put on you and most important the baby when you have an ultrasound performed by someone that is not a doctor! After trying twice, I couldn't do another, so that combined with a lack of appts available - I wanted a refund or EVEN partial refund. I was told they do no refunds and my only option was to try the highly stressful process again. NO, sorry I will not do that to my baby again. Nothing was offered for compensation, no partial credit, no stuffed animal, no sympathy. I would NOT recommend this horrible experience to anyone!
