Review content:
I called to get a price for ONE replacement part and service. The representative (owner) became upset with me for not providing my payment information to him when to requested it. I had just began to explain to him that I would be out of town for awhile, so I would prefer to pay for the item after I returned (which is when I would've scheduled the appointment for service/repair), when he because upset and asked why I was backing out of the deal now that he asked for money. I explained to him that I was still agreeing to purchase the product, but that I would prefer to wait until I returned from travel. This is when I heard a dial tone after I told him I was a disabled veteran and needed to save some money for awhile before I spent hundreds of dollars. He wouldn't let me explain myself and then hung up on me even though I was a customer. I'm not sure why he became so upset with me for wanting to wait, but I guess I won't ask for a military/veteran discount again. Aside from that, his assistant was very kind and professional.
