Shannon came highly recommended to me by family and friends, but I was a little over-protective of my adopted 60+ pound bearded collie mix, Domino...AND a little apprehensive for the groomers, since he was a bit skittish and had a rather intimidating growl... I duly advised Shannon that he *might* bite out of fright, so if she had to muzzle him it was ok. Shannon cocked her eyebrow and winked at him, and gave him a chin rub, said she thought he would be just fine and was not at all intimidated. When I picked him up he looked and smelled MARVELOUS and was happy as a clam..no muzzle, no problems--instant rapport! Shannon and her team are the BEST! God bless these kind and skilled ladies--they restored my faith in groomers :)
