On 12/9/08 myself and a friend brought 20 blankets (3 different colors) that we were going to get embroidered for family for Christmas. We were quoted a price of ""about"" $8.50 each costing upwords of $200 plus the cost of $40 each blakent (almost $800).\r
\r
We pulled out the blankets and showed where we would liek the names printed.\r
\r
We asked to see the colors of thread against the fabric and see a sample of fonts to choose from. the person (who i believe to be the owner) stated ""I have tons of things we've done in the back, but im not going to dig them out for you to see.... this is not a retail store, you just need to tell me what you want before i kick all this Sh*t out the GD door!""...... wow (the lady that was working there as well felt terrible and seemed apologetic and embarrassed by his behavior.\r
\r
needless to say, we left, and went to down the street to Mitch Miller (First Choice Embroidery) where the owner had books of fonts printed out, showed us others on the computer, and had about 100 spools of thread to grab and hold up to the blakents. Oh yea, and he was ....NICE! weird right?!?... GO TO HIM! he actually cares and does a great job....OH and he charged us 7.50 (his standard price for what we were getting done)\r
