I train, I don't work out. I'm training for life, not some special event. Started Oct '06 and wanted to be able to do some simple physical stuff. Have lost 25 lbs in the course of my training, but what is more important is my body composition, fat vs. muscle. I can do things like pull-ups and chin-ups with ease. It's a way of life, a process, part of my daily, weekly routine. Now for the Personal Trainer(s), well of course I think the one I work with basically walks on water, but the complete staff at Empower are first rate. It is so much better than a loud and busy gym, but you better make room in your budget if you want to get serious. And that is it right there in a nutshell, there are no short cuts, quick this, quick that, you just have to STOP treating yourself badly and treat yourself right. So for me, I hired a first class Personal Trainer who is as invested in my best interest as I am. Hey, you want me to keep going or should I continue to pound it into your head? Get with the program!
