The trainers at Empower are the most talented and capable I've ever experienced, and I've worked out with trainers in Boston, and from the Triad to the Triangle. They offer loads of motivation, tailored programs for your particular needs whether you're just getting back into shape (like me), or an accomplished athlete with specific training needs. The studio is immaculate, the equipment top quality. The place is addicting. My trainer Katy has challenged and encouraged me for about 2 years now, and coaxed me from desk jockey and couch potato to a lifting, running, sweating, health nut.
