I have taken advantage of personal training, pre-natal yoga, boot camp, nutrition counseling, massage and most recently the running club at Empower. Not only have I lost a few post-baby pounds but I have improved my endurance and expanded my running workouts. Mike is an outstanding coach and has helped me reach my current fitness goals! No matter what your interests or goals are Empower is the place to be!
