Review content:
This is my 3rd summer working out at Empower, and I could not say enough good things about my experience there! Each summer I have done the ""Fit Club"" package (awesome deal!), so I've been able to work personally with a trainer (Tom=amazing!), do their classes, and use their gym. The classes are wonderful, and the trainers are super patient when you are new and make you feel really comfortable right away...not to mention, they try to make it as fun as possible! Doing the personal training sessions are awesome, too, and I feel like they do a great job trying to individualize your workout according to what you need or what results you are looking for! And, the gym itself, and equipment is great (and will be even better, I'm sure, with the expansion!). Everyone that works there is so friendly and welcoming, and I can honestly say that I've had at least 2 other staff members that I've never worked with before greet me by name, which I think says a lot about the way that they value their clients...even the ones they don't personally work with! I can't say that I've actually ""enjoyed"" working out and going to the gym until I started coming to Empower!
