Review content:
The air conditioning has broken in our apartment 6 TIMES!! Every time they say have fixed it, only for it to break again, it has been broken now for 2 weeks straight and will be for another week. Inside the apartment is hot and miserable. Management HAS NOT OFFERED ANY HELP WHATSOEVER. We are incredibly frustrated with this company, they will not help us with fans, or put us up for lodging elsewhere. We have been without air conditioning for the hottest month of the year, it is hotter inside than out at all times of day, 85 degrees! We cannot even keep our dog in there and often have to stay elsewhere because it will not cool down at night.
I have lived in many apartment complexes, few are as mismanaged as this one. If you have a chance to live elsewhere, DO SO! I would not recommend Stuart Hill apartments to anyone.
