Review content:
I have had two experiences with this practice and both of them were bad experiences.
My first appointment with them, I missed a turn and arrived 5 minutes late. I was turned away and told to call back to re-schedule. Apparently they couldn't be bothered to do it at that time.
That was enough for me to look elsewhere, but my daughter had an appointment today and we went.
After a (very fast) cleaning, the dentist came in to check her teeth. He said, well, she has the same cavity as last time, and left the room. The hygienist said that I would have to schedule another appointment to have it filled. Why? I mentioned that if they knew about it last visit and didn't fill it, why not now.
They told me...seriously...that I didn't schedule the filling when I called to set the appointment for my daughter. (I knid of thought that came with the trip to the dentist if they found a cavity...6 year-old daughter, mind you).
I pointed out that was ridiculous and then was told that I was rude and that they 'didn't have to seal my daughter's molars. We left.
If you want an inconsiderate, inflexible, unfriendly, uncaring, presumptuous dental care that takes you twice as many visits to get the job done....then this place is for you. If not, you may want to look elsewhere.
