Review content:
One star is far too much to afford this bricks and mortar dinosaur. After having purchased more than $40,000 woth of lighting from this dump for 2 projects in distant locatiions, all I can say is run away from this lighting shop of horrors. Long story short, if you try to return any merchandise that is either not to your liking or defective, you will not be allowed to do so either because of the impossible return policies of the store or the fact that they will try and buffalo you into dealing with the manufacturer of the product as if they didn't sell you the product. I was loathe to deal with this place on a second project I was constructing (after having a similar experience the first time) but got talked into it by my architect. They will do or say anything to sell you product. Try and return any piece or part for whatever reason, because it doesn't look any good after it was installed in your project or it was defective or broken, whatever. You are stuck with the fixture. Do what I did after purchasing more than $40k with of product and take them to arbitration though a charge card. Never pay this place with cash. It is a one-way street which you will regret all of your days. And even if you pin them down and have the opportunity to return a defective or unsavory fixture, you will be charged a 30% ""re-stocking fee"". The fact is that all their fixtures cost 30% or less of the selling price, usually much less, than the price they boldly charge you. So return a fixture and they haven't lost a dime because they will sell it in their 2nds room and still be ahead of the game, and you the customer. Ask for Amanda, customer service manager, and she can share their side if the story should you care to hear it. Pathetic.
