Review content:
Throughout the whole process, the contractor/owner was extremely unprofessional. Mr. C.W. would set dates for his workers to come out to prep and sod my yard and nobody would ever show up. Coincidentally, they finally showed up weeks later when I was preparing to get someone else to do the job. Needless to say, they did a poor job. They were supposed to level out my yard so it would not flood when it rained. I tried to ask the workers about this when I noticed they were only laying down the sod and they acted as though they could only speak Spanish. They also ran out of sod and never returned to finish my yard. So, in the end, my yard still floods, my yard is half done and now that Mr. C.W. has cashed my check he will not return my phone calls. If he were a true professional, he would have called me back so that we could work something out.
Pros: They cash your check on time!
Cons: Does not complete what they cashed the check for!
