I called Boe's at around 9:00am to come and fix my refrigerator he was at my house by 5:00pm that night. Which was nice. He found that the cooling fan was caked with dust which is why my freezer and fridge werent cooling properly. He cleaned it out with an air compressor. Only bad part was he blew dust all over my kitchen. The job only took about 20 minutes or so, and the problem was fixed. He also told me how to prevent problem from happening again. The only reason i didnt give perfect rating was because he didnt bother to clean up any of the dust mess and the fact he keep his shoes on when he came up stairs. Even given these things, i would probably call and use Boe's service again.
