We literally just had our windows installed, 4/26/2012, the process was easy and stress free. Gerald Sommer was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. He provided us with many options and presented us with the option that best suited our needs. He also let his product sell itself, definitely not a hard sell and we received the time to weigh all our options. Worry free and problem free. The prices are great especially in light of the quality windows. We plan on doing additional business with Gerald.
Gerald's crew, John and Dale, were friendly, timely and very professional. Even before the job was done our neighbors stopped by asking for their number. We are very pleased with our new windows and will recommend them to everyone. Thanks Gerald, John and Dale.
