The bottom line, if you buy you lose.
The salesman was very rude and pushy.
Found out a coupon after the first payment, called the asked, they told me that they will have to increase the initial quote to allow the coupon. You can tell right here, this company has different prices for different people. Very dishonest and disappointing for being a local company.
The company owner is the same as the salesman, he backed up the lie that the salesman told, now you can see the whole company's business ethics from this point.
The installers were unprofessional. They come and store their food in your fridge like this is their home. They will only do the bare minimum to patch up the mistake they did. They only clean the area when you are watching them.
Customer service was also horrible. You have to call several times to find who you would like to talk to.
This is the most dishonest and worst business practice I have ever seem.
If you are looking for a window company, try Home Depot, they have a best customer service hands down.
