I saw their ad indicating 18 months interest free financing.They did not mention anything in their ad that we have to put down $2000.00. When their sales man gave us the price and we agreed, he said they just can give us 12 months interest free financing instead of 18 months. After we signed the contract and we gave them our credit card number for $2000.00 down payment, they send another sales man who was very rude and lacked the social ethics. The moment he got to our house he asked to use our bathroom. He left the toilet seat up and sprayed all over the toilet. Few days after that they e-mailed us and told us the price they gave us was low and they are not going to do the job for us. They did not even try to give us another bid. Very unprofessional. They misinformed us from the beginning and simply wasted our time. Even on star rating is too much for them.
